SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT ..... Rs 500 for Regn

Every tournament they conduct they become weak

Chess players should amass other chess players at tournaments noting down their number and putting them at one place. They sure will be banned next tournament. Refusal to accept entry. Out of fear, they will ban.  THIS IS THEIR STRENGTH AND ALSO will turn out to be THE DEADLIEST BLUNDER if that player will go to court seeking justice. Every chess player also will fear gettting into trouble. But the contrary will happen. If that chess player will demand to give it in writing, the refusal to allow to participate in a tournament without giving valid reason, get a police constable into the venue to make it happen. They sure will have to give it in writing and that will be disastrous for them. No one can prohibit chess players collecting other chess players phone number for adding them in Association.

How can it be illegal ?

The Courts will fine as high as 6.97 Lakhs to the Tournament Organizer when the case is finished. The player will also get sufficient compensation to the extent of even Rs 50 Lakhs.

This has already been done by 4 chess players who did it for 20,000 chess players.

Stage 1

Chess players collecting other chess players contact number cannot be prevented. Tournament entry also cannot be prevented. This is way to form a District Chess Players Association Army.

Add 100 - 200 members in every District.

Inform them of their arrogance, atrocities and money looting and make them realize that no-one needs approval from anybody.

That one stupid line is not worth anything

(TNSCA Approval No : CO-115/NAM/24-25)

Who are these people to approve tournaments ? What approval do they have to approve tournaments ??

Chess Bureau of Investigation ( CBI ). Investigator : Gokula Anand

HISTORY OF AICF AND TNSCA

HISTORY OF AICF AND TNSCA

HISTORY OF AICF AND TNSCA

HISTORY OF AICF AND TNSCA

One private firm that got its approval in 1960 by paying Rs 2 or Rs 5 from somebody is proclaiming to be Authority for chess. Rs 2 or Rs 5 is not "inappropriate" amount. In an old tamil film, comedy actor Nagesh will find a 3 anna paisa coin in sand. With much happiness, he would confidently enter a restaurant and order 4 idlis. 3 anna for 4 idlis. So people belonging to Gandhian period did this.
The present scenario is a bunch of money - minded blood sucking draculas who force Rs 150 per year which is equal to Rs 150 per state tournament for a chess player. A chess player to play 1 state tournament at his / her district must pay Rs 150. He / She cannot be playing 5 to 8 tournaments a year because of the distance of other cities. Usually, a player play 1 or 2. For that Rs 150. Why can't they collect Rs 10 per player every tournament. If the number of entries is 80, they will get Rs 800, it is not enough ? For one line : Rs 800 not enough ?

About 57 players played this tournament. Sure, 30 players became forced members for 1 tournament. They would have played their first state level tournament this year, 2024.

The collection is 30 new players  x Rs 150 = Rs 4500 to persons on streets 500 kms from tournament venue who do not have approval to "approve" tournaments. Every one has approval. Why they must get approval ??

If someone starving of hunger for 3 days go to TNSCA office and ask money for 1 time food, will they give. Has anyone given Rs 50 to a beggar on street or to anyone on streets. But chess players must pay Rs 4500 for no good reason. What will they do with that bloody line.

(TNSCA Approval No : CO-115/NAM/24-25)

If they will write it in paper and take it to a hotel will anyone give Rs 10 water bottle. What does that "shit" line mean anything.

Rs 4500 for this bloody line.
The approval itself says it is the first time, Namakkal is conducting State level tmt for that year. Otherwise, it would have been NAM/ 2 -24-25 on the last field.

Chess Players must be informed of this. That they have no connnection with a stupid building called TNSCA and also that they TNSCA have no connection with any chess player. It is about money looting.
If the courts will ban "cash prize" tournaments all over India, not a single person in any District, State or AICF will remain in office.
Only this, Courts ban cash prize tournaments and money looting. Everyone will vacate.

These people have nothing to do with your chess.

They say, if you don't pay for TNSCA Rs 150, you cannot play that tournament. What love and affection do they have for you. Why you must be paying such persons.

........................
........................
........................
The first action that must be done is seeking information under RTI act as to how AICF got its permission. " Which person " gave permission to which person in 1960 upon how many Indian rupees which should be less than Rs 10 in the year 1958.

01. Affiliate of  FIDE
02. Recognized by Govt of  India
03. TN Regn No. 125/1958.

With these feeble permissions only, private AICF is giving rights to private firms as State Chess Association.

It is really a wonder how these private people could fool entire chess population for 50 years. Last 20 years, Crores of Indian chess players have went to the drain.

It says TN Regn No. 125 / 1958
So 125 firms were registered by year 1958.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE 124 FIRMS ?
WHERE ARE THEY NOW ?
HOW DID THEY BECOME NON-EXISTENT ?

They were not firms, they were individuals who gave their names to register for something. It should have been a tournament having 125 players. The approval and numbers seem to be fake and bogus. There could not have been 125 firms who were given authority to conduct chess in India. It simply is not possible. How can there be 125 firms with "chess rights" and AICF being the 125th firm to be given rights ??

Why proof of Registration has not been uploaded at their website.
Who was the Authority
Who signed it. What power did he/she have. What was the designation.

How the approval could be done at Madras State (now Tamil Nadu TN) instead of Old Delhi which was Indian Capital at year 1958.

Indian Chess Players Association should get approval from the same Authority or in case that Authority is not existent, seek permision from, Ministry of Sports, Govt of India.

Affiliate of FIDE means it is in connection with FIDE which any firm can do. If one private firm can do, one dozen private firms can do too. If they will seek permission, FIDE will make them "an affiliate"
too. This is the main point.

THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONDUCT FIDE Rated tournaments with FIDE Ratings system in India without AICF.

IF FIDE WILL OBJECT, THEN FIDE TOO WILL BE DRAGGED TO THE COURT AND ITS PRESENCE IN INDIA BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY by order of Indian Courts.

Recognised by Govt of India.
Any firm can get recognition from Govt of India if it will comply with laid down norms.

Now, the formation of Indian Chess Players Association is theoretically and practically possible.

TNSCA
TN Regn no: 48/1960

It says TN Regn No. 48/1960
So 47 firms were registered by year 1960

WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE 47 FIRMS ?
WHERE ARE THEY NOW ?
HOW DID THEY BECOME NON-EXISTENT ?
Why proof of Registration has not been uploaded at their website

THESE INFORMATIONS MUST BE SOUGHT UNDER RTI Act.

After getting permission for Indian Chess Players Association from Ministry of Sports, Govt of India, subsequent State and District Associations can be formed.
