IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST THAT STATE GOVERNMENTS TAKE OVER CHESS AND CONDUCT TOURNAMENTS IN INDIA and prevent public money looting in lakhs by dozen persons in the form of FIDE Rated tournaments. Public people should not be allowed to conduct them. If the Indian Govt can conduct "Elections" for 160 crore people, why can't it conduct chess tournaments.
Private Non Governmental firm tournaments (All India Chess Federation, State federations and their District federations) must be banned by year 2030
The conditions for conducting tournaments by private firms till 2030 are laid down hereunder.
Every District should have a Players Chess Association bearing the District's name
In Salem Dist, it is Salem Players Chess Association
All informations regarding the tournament should be informed to the respective District Players Association and informed at Whatsapp group regarding the rental charge for Tournament hall, Tables and Chairs, Drinking water facility, Arbiter fee, FIDE fee, AICF fee and others, and other expenses. Every tournament, this should be done. Every player should have access to all informations without seeking and be informed at whatsapp group by the end of 2nd round.
No tournament organizer shall get a profit of more than Rs 1000 per day for a District level tournament. In case of 3 days FIDE rated tournament not more than Rs 6,000/-. In case the tournament organizer did not get sufficient entry of players then he/she will have rights to cut prize money to the extent, he /she gets final profit of Rs 1,000. In case, the number of entries is very high, then the prize money for participants should be extended (e.g from 40 prizes to 100 prizes) to the extent the tournament organizer does not get more than Rs 1000 in case of Dist tournaments and Rs 6,000 in case of FIDE Rated tournaments.
Cake walk of tournament organizers walking away with lakhs of rupees of hundreds of chess players in 3 days should not be allowed by the hundreds of chess players.
The arbiters "work", the labourers "work" putting tables and chairs. The chess players play their games with "near heart attack" conditions, hundreds of players. One person or few persons sit at homes and load lakhs of money in their bank account ??
Private tournaments (society registered ones) validity is upto year 2030.
No chess player should take part in any private tournaments (society registered ones) beyond 2030. It should be made "illegal" by honorable courts and they must be "detained" by police.
Every Dist players association should have an advocate who is also a chess player or chess enthusiast to seek ban on "unjust" tournaments. The respective Dist players association must inform the police department well in advance of the "exact" unjust situation so that the police can "ban" the tournament by the end of 1st or 2nd round itself.
In case of Dist level tournaments, the organizer will have rights to reduce or cancel cash prizes accordingly if he/she does not get final profit of Rs 1000. The players must be grateful to the organizer for taking much strain to conduct that tournament and not make the organizer uncomfortable in any manner.
District federation, State federation and All India Chess Federation membership is not required. A player plays 1, 2 or 3 tournaments per year. Why he / she must pay to persons on streets for that purpose. In most cases, a player plays 1 FIDE Rated tournament. Why the yearly membership fee be paid. They are already looting lakhs of rupees in every FIDE Rated tournament. As if it is not enough, players must pay Rs 200 every year ??
If anyone can organize a tournament and anyone can play why money be paid to "irrelevant" persons on streets who are sleeping at day time on comfy sofa 500 miles away from tournament venue.
